PASS_ePaper is a suite of products that enable the management of the processes of an insurance company in paperless mode through digital signature, storage and conservation applications in accordance with digital documents and on-line payment systems
- Digital signature: this is used to apply an advanced electronic digital signature to policies and claims. The service is provided in Cloud-SaaS (Software as a Service) mode and is integrated in the workflow of the PASS applications
- Compliant archiving and storage: this module manages the compliant archiving and storage (with legal and administrative validity) of digital documents, regardless of their nature, with considerable benefits in terms of savings of space and management costs.
- Electronic payment: this module enables the insurer to make collections through electronic payment in "multi-channel" mode. It is a web-based system that meets the new European SEPA-PSD provisions and generates online and on-demand MAvs (payments by advice).
